It's been at least three years since I got new glasses (that I didn't have to return), so today was the day. I got my first pair of progressives, and I'm totally surprised to find that they're awesome! They are not nearly as difficult as I thought they would be to deal with. It just worked out that today's Daily Shoot assignment is "self portrait" so I actually did the assignment today!

Thanks! The trick I use to reduce or eliminate glare is to look down - in this case I was sitting on a tall stool so I could almost look down at the camera.
