I didn't take many pictures today - I was too busy preparing for Thanksgiving dinner and enjoying our friends and family. I think I only took a total of 8 photos all day long! Here's the first one I took today - our Sweet Potato Muffins. A delicious Thanksgiving Day breakfast!
For my photog friends - I used my white diffuser panel as the bottom for this and set up in a corner with two white walls. I bounced my flash off the ceiling to spread the light around, and somehow my settings were close enough the first time! This was the only shot I took of the muffins because I was satisfied with my first one.
Here's a link to the recipe I used. http://www.brucefoods.com/recipes/new/spb/spb.html - I obviously made muffins instead of bread loaves. I put pecans on top and then baked them for 15-18 minutes, I think. When they were still warm I brushed them with butter and then dipped the tops in granulated sugar. I don't have any left, so I'm thinking they were okay.

Those muffins look real yummy. Thanks for sharing your light setup and recipe. Will have to try one of these days.
Yummy! I might have to have David make these some day - LOL. Well, he's an awesome cook. Glad you had a great day.
