I barely took any pictures today, but the ones I took were special to me. Our second oldest son, Andrew (the recent birthday boy) was baptized today. Ken got to baptize him, and Andrew was so excited about the whole thing that there were almost 2 of him! A couple months ago Andrew went forward at the end of church to pray for “someone.” He didn’t know who it was at first, but Ken talked with him a bit, and it turned out that Andrew wanted to pray and ask Jesus to be his personal Savior. What a precious day! God sent His only Son to be a personal, intimate Savior to each one of us, but we need to accept that gift. Since that day Andrew has asked and asked if he could be baptized, and today was finally the day.
