No Daily Shoot photo today – but I do have a Sunday Snapshot. These lovely sunflowers are from our new neighbors. They have so many sunflowers growing in their yard, and they’re one of my favorites. It was so sweet of her to give me a bouquet of happy sunflower faces!

The Daily Shoot assignment for today is "How does your garden grow? Make a photo of something growing in your or someone else's garden today."

This lovely sunflower is in my neighbor's yard. It's rising high above a 6-foot fence so I'd say it's easily 7.5 feet tall. I just love sunflowers.

I didn't take any interesting photos during the day today, so I decided to take some of the sunflowers my son brought home (with permission). This was taken after dark, so I used my flash off-camera, bounced off the ceiling. I just LOVE sunflowers. I'm beginning to think they're my favorite flower.
