We had fun at the first day of VBS! “God is with us!” “FEAR NOT!” Here are two of my favorite shots from today…
Our snack - the burning bush. The Fritos represent the dirt, the green lettuce is for the grass, the orange cheese is part of the flame, and the red tomato is the red flame. The kids (and adults) loved them.
This is the day 1 craft – a firefly keychain.

Interesting and what a great way of teaching.
Looks like a great snack and a great photo of it too! Great composition and I really like how colorful it is. Glad VBS is going well.
