I need to work on food lighting. I might try the Strobist light box shown here. I want to enter a shot for the Strobist Boot Camp II assignment, but I really need to work on lighting!

That looks yummy! As for the light, I feel it's a little dark, but I really don't know what I"m talking about. :)
