I did not take this photo today, but I had to share it. This beautiful old lady, Aspen, fell asleep for the final time today. She was much more than "just a dog" to us - she was our guardian, playmate, companion... She will be sorely missed.
This shot was taken today since the purpose of this 365 blog is to get my camera out every day.

Sorry to hear about Aspen. It rough to loose them, even if they are just dogs. Sometimes it still catches a lump in my throat when my "Lady" comes to mind. *hugs*
