Day 42

It's been 6 weeks! Wow! I can't believe it's gone so fast. I also can't believe I haven't missed a day.

I didn't actually take today's photo - but it's of me, so I'm letting that slide. My 15 year old daughter took this one. (I did crop and edit it a bit.) I'm so glad I spent half an hour curling my hair...the rain fixed it right up. Ergh.

I was dressed up for the big Community Choir Christmas Concert. It was fun, and I can't believe it's over already. Praise the Lord my kids were well-behaved this year! Now I'm going to get changed into my comfies and get settled on the couch while my hard-working husband is still at the gym breaking the whole concert setup down and cleaning up. Poor guy - at this point he's been there for over 9 hours. I guess I should at least make him some hot chocolate or something, huh?

Day 41

I barely even picked up my camera today! I shot a few frames of some family play this morning, and then I was just too busy to do anything else! So this is what you get today...

Day 40

Yet another day of no great photos! But I did take a whole series of shots of Caleb playing with Molly. He was "hiding" from her (that's why his head is tucked in), and then "peekabooing" at her. She thought it was great fun! She rolled and licked and played happily!

Day 39

Do you know (remember) what an ERCP is? Well, today I got to have a second one. They had to remove the stent they put in 6 weeks ago. This one was much better than the first one - they asked me if I wanted more or less sedation than last time - I said MORE! I remember absolutely nothing of the procedure. Yay! The only issue is the sore throat I'll have for the next couple days. Whew...glad that's over!

We got to the hospital a little early for the procedure, so I took a few photos. I kinda liked this one of me and my sweetie...

Day 38

More Christmas fun! We have our stockings (all 10 of them - including one for the dog) on the bookcase because we use our fireplace all the time. We don't want our stockings to catch on fire! The kids keep hoping that the stockings will be filled early. I think they're just going to have to be patient!

Day 37

Another day when I didn't have a chance to take a shot until it was almost too late! But at least I have a pretty Christmas tree to practice on.
